Draft for legal review
Early Access Terms.
Complete informative translation of the Hungarian draft; the Hungarian text remains legally controlling until lawyer approval.1. Purpose and Draft Status of the Document
These Early Access and Beta Terms (hereinafter: Terms) apply exclusively to the one-year free early access provided to a limited number of applicants for the Autonomous Growth System, or AGS for short. This document is a draft prepared for legal review; it cannot be considered a final legal document before filling in the missing service provider data and completing the legal audit.
Service provider data: [OFFICIAL COMPANY NAME TO BE FILLED], registered office: [TO BE FILLED], company registration number or registry number: [TO BE FILLED], tax identification number: [TO BE FILLED], representative: [TO BE FILLED], electronic contact: info@agssystem.shop, hosting provider data: [TO BE FILLED]. The Service Provider is a company registered in Hungary.
The Terms become part of the agreement between the User and the Service Provider upon the active selection of the mandatory checkbox during early access registration and the submission of the registration. The system records the time of acceptance and the accepted version.
2. Definitions
Service: the AGS system available on the agssystem.shop website, its public interfaces, client account, SEO / GEO Engine main module, as well as additional modules and related services made available later.
User or Tester: the natural person, sole proprietor, legal entity, or other organization registering for free early access. Domain: the normalized internet domain name recorded at the time of registration. Content: titles, articles, metadata, links, suggestions, reports, and other results created or managed by the system.
Trial or Beta operation: an early operational phase in which the Service provides real functions, but errors, limitations, modifications, temporary outages, and discrepancies in results may occur.
3. Scope and Establishment of Early Access
The Terms cover exclusively the free early access registration, the use of the trial account, and the one-year testing opportunity provided. They do not regulate subsequent paid subscriptions, website development orders, or other custom developments; these require separate terms or contracts.
The contract is concluded electronically. The User is obliged to provide real, accurate, and current data and declares that they are acting on their own behalf or with appropriate authorization from the organization they represent.
A minor may use the Service only with the prior consent of their legal representative. The creator of a business account warrants that they are authorized to represent the relevant business.
4. Trial Nature and Changing Service
The User acknowledges that AGS is currently a trial service under development. The Service Provider strives for safe and continuous operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the constant availability of all functions.
During the trial, interfaces, workflows, limits, supported integrations, and functions may change. The Service Provider will provide appropriate information regarding significant changes affecting the User's rights or obligations.
The trial designation does not limit consumer, data protection, or other rights mandatory under the law, and does not exempt the Service Provider from mandatory legal liability.
5. Content of the SEO / GEO Engine Service
The main module is used for crawling the publicly accessible pages of the connected domain, summarizing technical and content observations, creating a priority list and report, and generating content opportunities and articles.
The functions actually usable at a given time are shown by the client account and the public product description. Future functions under development or requiring external access are not considered active services until they are actually available in the system.
The Service Provider does not replace missing connections, data, or permissions with fabricated results. If additional access is required for an operation, the related function will not work or will work only to a limited extent.
6. Website Crawling and Technical Limitations
The User authorizes the Service Provider to automatically retrieve and analyze the publicly accessible pages of the recorded domain. The examination can only take place within reasonable, pre-set security limits.
Due to robots.txt, firewalls, login requirements, rate limits, provider bans, faulty websites, dynamic content, or other technical obstacles, some pages may be missed. Therefore, the report is always based on data actually available at the time of the examination.
The crawling does not constitute a full-scale security, legal, accessibility, accounting, or expert audit. The absence of an error not listed in the report does not prove that the website is error-free.
7. Reports and Pre-Publication Website Check
During initial setup, the system may generate an initial report. Afterwards, it performs a fresh website check before creating every new base article. If the check fails, the system does not create an article from stale data; it logs the error and may retry later.
The report appears in the client account; with properly functioning email settings, a notification can also be sent. Email delivery success may depend on the User's email provider, filters, and the correctness of the provided address.
The findings of the report are for informational purposes. Before implementing suggestions, the User is obliged to consider the consequences according to their own website, system, business goals, and legal obligations.
8. Content Creation and User Verification
The system may create content based on information available from the website, the User's settings, the target keyword, the outline, and the operation of the external generation service. The generated content may contain inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, similar, or inappropriate wording.
It is the User's responsibility to verify facts, claims, prices, links, copyrights, personal data, and professional and legal compliance before publishing. In health, financial, legal, or other regulated topics, verification by an appropriate expert is necessary.
If the approval mode is selected, the system prepares the content but can only initiate publishing after the User's approval. The draft mode does not allow automatic publishing.
9. Publishing Authorization and Monthly Publishing
The User can select daily, weekly, or monthly content frequency in the account, as well as approval-based, automatic, or draft-only publishing modes. By selecting monthly frequency, it can be authorized that the system creates content monthly and handles it according to the chosen publishing mode.
In automatic publishing mode, the User expressly authorizes the Service to publish the completed content through the verified connection belonging to the recorded domain without further case-by-case approval. In approval mode, such authorization exists only after the specific article is approved.
Publishing can only be carried out with appropriate, verified technical access. In case of a failed connection, permission error, or external system errors, the Service Provider does not claim that the publishing has occurred. The User can change the future frequency or publishing mode at any time.
10. Multilingual Content
Accounts with the multilingual feature can handle Hungarian, English, German, and French versions. The language versions are created by machine, so each requires separate linguistic, factual, and legal verification.
Translation or localization does not guarantee full compliance with local language usage, cultural nuances, search intent, or the laws of a given country. The User decides on publication.
Multilingual access may be a unique or later additional feature; it is not automatically part of every account or every package.
11. Domain-Bound License
One early access registration belongs to one recorded website or normalized domain. Differences in http and https protocols, as well as the www prefix, do not in themselves create separate entitlements.
The domain must be provided at registration and cannot be freely changed afterward. In case of a legitimate change of ownership, technical migration, or obvious typo, the Service Provider may decide on a modification after an individual check.
A separate entitlement is required for a second domain. All additional modules made available for testing later can only be used for the domain recorded in the main module; another domain cannot be selected for the additional module.
12. Access and Credentials
For automatic publishing, the User must provide appropriate access to their own website. The User warrants that they are authorized to grant access and authorize the Service for the specified operations.
The Service Provider may use the provided access exclusively for the fulfillment of the requested function and applies reasonable technical measures to protect it. The User is obliged to limit permissions to the necessary minimum and revoke access if it is no longer needed.
The User is responsible for the security of their own account, password, email account, and website access, as well as for the immediate reporting of unauthorized use.
13. External Services and Integrations
The operation of the Service may depend on external hosting, email, generation, analytical, search, and website services. Their terms, fees, limits, and availability are determined by the external provider.
The Service Provider does not control the systems, algorithms, and decisions of Google, Bing, Gemini, website engines, hosting providers, or other third parties. The Service Provider is liable for outages or changes resulting from these only to the extent required by mandatory law.
If the User uses their own external provider key or subscription, the User bears and verifies its fee, usage limit, and lawful use.
14. User Obligations
The User is obliged to use the Service lawfully, provide accurate data, possess the necessary permissions, verify generated results, and maintain appropriate backups of their own website.
It is forbidden to provide unauthorized access to another person's system, place malicious code, overload the service, bypass security limits, have unlawful or misleading content created, or infringe upon the copyright, data protection, or personality rights of a third party.
The User is obliged to immediately report if the system accesses an incorrect domain, unauthorized content, or unwanted publishing.
15. Disclaimer of Warranty for Results
The Service Provider does not guarantee search rankings, indexing, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity appearances, visitor numbers, leads, sales, revenue, profit, or other business results.
The algorithms of search and answer-engine systems are operated by third parties and can be modified at any time. Technical improvement, content creation, or regular publishing do not in themselves ensure a specific result.
The score, priority, estimate, and suggestion displayed by the Service Provider are decision-support information and do not constitute a promise of results or a professional guarantee.
16. Availability, Maintenance, and Risk of Data Loss
The Service Provider strives for reasonable availability, but the Service may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance, updates, security events, external provider errors, or force majeure.
In trial operation, functions may be withdrawn, modified, or restarted if necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons. The Service Provider will, if possible, provide advance notice of planned, significant outages.
The User is obliged to maintain independent backups of their own website and business-critical content. AGS is not considered the User's exclusive archiving system.
17. One-Year Free Early Access
Early access is free for a limited number of registrants accepted by the Service Provider for one year from the activation of the entitlement. The Service Provider may close the application opportunity when the quota is filled.
The free nature applies to the available functions of the AGS trial service. It does not mean unlimited or free use of third-party services. Fees for own API keys, hosting, domains, premium plugins, or other external services may only arise based on prior, clear information and a separate user decision.
The expiration of early access cannot be automatically converted into a paid subscription, and no fee can be deducted based on these Terms. Any subsequent paid service requires a separate offer, fee information, and express acceptance.
18. Testing Cooperation and Feedback
The purpose of early access is for the User to try out the available functions of AGS in a real environment, and for the Service Provider to gain operational experience and voluntary feedback. The User is not obliged to provide feedback containing trade secrets or personal data.
Error reporting should, if possible, include the experienced phenomenon, its time, and the affected function. Feedback does not imply an automatic commitment to development, repair, or deadlines.
The Service Provider may use the feedback to improve the service, but may only use the User's name, brand, or statement as a public reference with separate permission.
19. Intellectual Property
The rights to the AGS software, interface, brand, documentation, and its own elements belong to the Service Provider or its licensor. Early access provides a time-limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable testing right.
The rights to content uploaded or provided by the User remain with the User or their original rights holder. The User grants the Service Provider a usage license to the extent necessary for the performance of the service.
Before using the generated content, the User is obliged to verify that it does not infringe upon the rights of a third party. The Service Provider does not guarantee the exclusivity or copyright protectability of the generated content.
20. Data Management and Confidentiality
Detailed rules for the management of personal data must be recorded in a separate privacy policy. The Service Provider may manage personal data only for a specific, clear, and lawful purpose, to the necessary extent.
The User may not upload unnecessary special data, trade secrets, or personal data for which they have no legal basis. If the User transfers personal data of their own clients, they must fulfill the necessary data controller obligations.
The parties are obliged to treat non-public business information learned during the cooperation as confidential, unless its disclosure is justified by law, authority, or a contributor necessary for performance.
21. Liability
The Service Provider is liable within the mandatory legal framework for proven and foreseeable damages caused by its breach of contract. Liability does not extend to damages attributable to the User's fault, unauthorized access, unverified publishing, external provider errors, or missed business expectations.
In the case of a business User, the nature of the free trial must be taken into account to the extent permitted by law when assessing the foreseeability of damage and the extent of liability. The free nature cannot be interpreted as excluding mandatory liability under the law.
No limitation of liability can be applied to intentionally caused damage, breach of contract causing damage to human life, physical integrity, or health, or in cases where the exclusion or limitation of liability is prohibited by law.
22. Consumer Rights and Withdrawal
If the User qualifies as a consumer, they are entitled to rights under the currently effective Hungarian and European consumer protection rules. No provision of these GTC shall be interpreted as curtailing these mandatory rights.
The User does not pay consideration for early access, and no automatic paid period starts at the end of the year based on these Terms. Termination of the account can be requested at any time.
The consumer protection assessment of the digital service provided alongside the free trial period and the provision of personal data must be settled according to current laws; the final text must be separately reviewed by a lawyer.
23. Account Suspension and Termination
The User may request the termination of their account and future automations. Termination does not affect previously lawfully established obligations, necessary legal retention, or separate technical steps for removing already published content.
The Service Provider may temporarily suspend the account in case of a security event, unauthorized use, infringement, endangering other systems, serious breach of contract, or legal obligation. If possible, it will provide prior or immediate subsequent information.
Trial service may be terminated if its maintenance is not reasonable technically, legally, or economically. In such cases, the Service Provider will provide an appropriate deadline and—where feasible—an export option.
24. Complaint Handling
Complaints or questions regarding the service can be submitted to the info@agssystem.shop address. The final GTC must include the Service Provider's full postal, telephone, and registration data, as well as the detailed deadline for complaint handling.
In the case of a consumer, they may turn to the conciliation board competent according to their place of residence or stay, as well as the competent consumer protection authority. Specific board and authority data must be filled in the final version based on the place of operation and the current law.
The parties shall attempt to settle their disputes primarily in a peaceful manner. This does not limit the User's right to use the court or authority competent under the law.
25. Modification of the GTC
The Service Provider may modify the Terms due to changes in law, new functions, security requirements, or operational changes. The modification cannot be applied retroactively to the User's detriment.
Active Users will receive timely notification of significant modifications. If the modification creates a new or significantly changed obligation, repeated acceptance may be requested.
The system records the accepted version and the time of acceptance. The Service Provider archives previous versions and makes them available upon request.
26. Governing Law and Final Provisions
The contract is governed by Hungarian law, in particular the Civil Code, rules on electronic commerce services, detailed rules on consumer contracts, and applicable EU law. In the case of a consumer, this does not deprive the consumer of the mandatory protection of their place of residence.
If any provision of the Terms is invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity of the other provisions; the affected provision must be interpreted or replaced by taking into account the mandatory law and the original economic purpose.
Draft version: 2026-08-22-early-access-draft-1. Planned effective date: 2026. augusztus 22.. Mandatory legal review and filling in of service provider data is required.
